Over the years, Mr. Kowalenko has resolved thousands of cases containing a multitude of issues. This has included personal injury, divorce, separation, custody, visitation, foreclosure and criminal matters. He holds a Juris Doctor Degree and is admitted in New York State and both the Eastern and Southern Districts of the Federal Court.

Has an extensive portfolio of International law working in a multitude of countries around the world as well as experience in foreclosure and civil litigation. Mr. Kowalenko is admitted to the practice of law in both New York and New Jersey State and Federal Courts.
On an international level, Mr. Kowalenko has attended the Erasmus School of Law in Rotterdam, the Netherlands where he studied European Union Law, the Law of International Organizations, Transnational Organized Crime, Law of the Ship, and Carriage of Goods, as well as completing courses of study at Sorrento Lingue, Sorrento, Italy. His in State and International experience coupled with his litigation knowledge affords a unique benefit to the firm.
